Curriculum: We Believe

The Grades 1 -3 classroom will have a new teacher this year, Corinne Yousey.  Yousey was formally teaching in the high school discussion group. Yousey and the We Believe curriculum were selected for this age group to instill a concrete knowledge of the Bible in our students early.  The We Believe: God’s Word for God’s People curriculum for the 2011-12 school year will thoroughly explore God’s messengers in the Bible and teach key Bible stories.  The curriculum is Bible-based and each class will include a Bible story, a project and snack.

Students will be involved in service learning projects with local charities and organizations throughout the year. Students will also give presentations to the congregation and show their work throughout the building.
