Curriculum: NOOMA and service learning projects

For the Teen Group, which will be open to all teens from 13 to 19 years old we will be using the NOOMA format for discussions and we will be talking part in multiple service learning projects throughout the year.  These projects will include helping our community and will provide valuable training for the youth. They will also be fun. The details will be announced by the start of school on Sept. 18. The NOOMA format includes short films with communicators.  Each video touches on issues that student can explore critically using their Christian backgrounds.
