Dear Pastor Bob,
We thank you for God’s work you are executing and carrying out. We learnt about Doris departure through Nancy Wilson and we applaud you for a descent mass you accorded to Doris last journey, May her soul rest in peace. We continue to pray that God comforts Jack Skillmans to copy up with the sad moments positively.
The Ngamije Family Ministry wish you a Happy Easter and we pray the ressurection of our Lord brings into our lives more happiness and spiritual growth. We continue to pray for all of you who have continued to contribute materials and money towards the needs of our disadvantaged brethren in our community. Happy Easter!! Affectionately

What Presbyterian organization are you associated with.
Ray, we are a church of the PCUSA. No other affiliations. I hope this answers your question.
The Ngamije Family Ministry is a charitable christian charitable organization directly supporting the needs of the most disadvantaged in the areas of Kasese District, Western region of Uganda in East Africa. The ministry is not under any church but under christians from different churches to reach the underprivileged.
Pretty cool post. I just stumbled upon your blog and watned to saythat I have really enjoyed reading your posts. In any caseI’ll be subscribing to your blog and I hope you post again soon!
Dear Pastor,
This may seem somewhat of an unusual post for your website but I was doing research on my family history and came across a document showing the Baptism of Marcus Cercelius White (my g.g.uncle)on July 3, 1831 at this church. It was and is an encouragement to know this “body of Chirst” continues today 180 years later. By God’s grace and mercy I was brought to saving faith in Jesus Christ through a local Presbyterian Church where I live about 22 years ago. May the Lord continue to bless your ministry there as His Word is preached that many more may be brought into His Kingdom! Blessings to you and your congregation…

Shalom Susie,The simple mnneiag of the text is that God’s Word is magnified in the same way as his Name, i.e., the Word is an important manifestation of His Name, or Character (which is what His “Name” means). It isn’t that His character is less-than, or inferior to His Word, but that His Word is a tangible out-working of His Name. It provides instructions on how mankind can make His Name known upon the earth. So, in that way it is magnified. We can affect our lives and the lives of others, and life on this earth generally, by the knowledge of His Word. And knowledge in Jewish thought is not acquired for knowledge-sake but to be put into practice!Be well. Love, Bob
I’m proud to post my son’s Facebook comment here.

Hi Steve – Was looking for the sermon from 7/24/11 when the work campers shared their experiences. There’s another sermon under that date, but it’s not the work camp one. One of our relatives that lives out of state was wanting to listen to it. Love the way you make it so easy to access Pastor Bob’s awesome sermons!
Thanks,
Peggy Charles
Hi Peg, I’m sorry to say that the work campers didn’t get recorded that Sunday as the recorder had technical difficulties. I was looking forward to listening to it again too.
Hey folks…that’s one reason why I wanted hard copies of what workcampers shared! At least we’d be able post that! How about we start with YOUR piece! Send it to Steve maybe?!!? Love you guys…Bob
We’re praying Rev. Bob would come back to Hamburg for his HHS class reunion this week-end (July 15 and 16). Hope to see you there
Bubba…how cool you found me…but alas…received NO notice of said HS reunion…and besides I couldn’t have made it…was on a mission trip with our youth! Stay in touch…
I am praying for all of our young adults serving in the military. We have qute a few considering the size of our church. Most have served or are serving in “hot spots”. I am praying for their safety and for God to give them and their families the courage and strength to get through these difficult times. The church was most generous to both Dan and Tiff during their service in Afghanistan and I know they both appreciated the care packages. I am sending Geoff Carrigan a care package.I now know first hand how much it means to our service men and women to get goodies from HOME!
Hi Webmaster! It is great to have a website of our church. This is William from Uganda extending his thanks to all Brethren of Onondaga Hill Presbyterian Church who have continued to support us by sending financial and material assistance to the needy of Kasese through Gary and Nancy Wilson and all the friends of Uganda. May The Almighty God continue strengthening you the more and blessing you relentlessly!

Hi Bob,
Was just wandering around the Presbytery website and came across your excellent web page. Really nicely done. Think of you often and pray for your continued ministry. I was the judge of the town Christmas parade this morning so I will be entering Witness Protection this afternoon. Glad to have your sermons to steal! God bless you and your family, my friend. And God bless the people who are recipients of your tender care. Have a blessed Christmas.
