“The Encouraging Word”

Date: 8.17.2014

Reading:  Hebrews 10:23-25

Synopsis:

This sermon starts with pointing out that Jesus was the greatest Psychologist who has ever lived. If people want to be happy then don’t buy a bunch of “How to be Happy” books but read, then reread what is called the “Sermon on the Mount” which I prefer to call “The Lessons on the Mountain Top” which are the words of Jesus on how to live successfully and happily.

You will find the suggested ABCs of what it takes to be an encourager. And people that we encounter need encouraging words and we are commanded as representatives of Jesus and His kingdom to be encouragers.
