The Membership & Communications Ministry Area provides an important communication link both in the church and out in the community. In this day of technology and high pace lifestyles, there is a growing need for “drive thru prayers”, “on the run Sermons” and “information at your fingertips”
Our Sermons are live feed to YouTube that can be listened to whenever you want. Which fits the now very busy lifestyles. Tap out for a little while and relax while listening to the sermons on your time. You deserve that brief moment of peace

-Enfolding Ministry area-
The jobs of the Enfolding Ministry team are to….
– Welcome and follow-up with new visitors and create a plan to enfold visitors and new attendees into the fellowship of the church. We have an a
ttendance folder at the end of each pew for all to sign. We invite newcomers to mark down their names. If you are comfortable with it, please jot down your contact number and/or email so we may get in touch with you. If you have any questions or concerns, we welcome you to mark them down as well
– Coming soon we will have our Welcoming Center in the narthex as an informational resource to visitors and church attendees alike. Please help yourself to the brochures which you may find very helpful.

– We assist various committees with coffee hour and other fellowship events as needed
Communications–
– Focuses on ensuring that the OHPC congregation stay abreast of important church news through the following resources.
-Provide a weekly email with current bulletin, announcements, and updated Prayer lists. (We will work in concert with the Administrative Assistant where needed.)
-Keeping the online calendar updated
-Providing news about OHPC events to local media outlets. (We will work in concert with the Youth Director [Our media specialist] where needed)
-Keeping the church website up to date with informational and welcoming content. Please visit our site at WWW.OHPC.US
– We have a Pray Box near the St. Pauly clothing donation shed in the rear of the parking lot for anyone in need. Sometimes just knowing that another person has heard your prayer, can lift your heart. Your prayers can be anonymous or be responded to if you wish. Either way, you will be prayed for.
