The goal of the Worship Ministry Area is to design worship experiences which are participatory in nature and conducive to worshiping God by celebrating His goodness, love and rule in our lives, seeking His presence recommitting our lives to Him through acts of forgiveness, preaching the word, and calls to discipleship.
Our Praise Team sings most Sundays during worship, and we have a few special choir events as well, including our annual Christmas Cantata. Throughout the year, we also have several special services, including Good Friday and Christmas Eve.

What type of worship service do you offer?
Our service starts at 9:00 am.
Every service includes confession and prayer, music, scripture and a message. Holy communion takes place once a month. Each service lasts approximately 1 hour.
Some are special services such as Re-enactment of the Lord’s Supper, The Stations of the Cross and the like. Some services are even held outside.
What style music do you offer?
Music is generally a mix of contemporary and Traditional. It is provided by our Praise team, which consists of keyboard, guitars, drums and more. Andrée Clesse heads this team. She not only has a great voice but does an amazing job with music selection and direction. However, we offer various musical styles. A sampling would be, but not limited to…Sentinel – An A Cappella Quartet in the style of Christian Barbershop
Select choirs – These are special music groups such as “Men’s Choir”, “Cantata”, Children’s Choir and the like. Kermit Buckman, our Worship & Music director does a wonderful job setting these up.
What about my children?
Upon entering the church, children can go directly to our child care room or they can join you in the sanctuary. After the “Children’s Message” all children are encouraged to attend child care or one of our many youth centered programs. This will allow you your much needed “quiet time” to hear the Word and/or be moved by God.
We leave that to your discretion. Little voices during the service will never be frowned upon.
What should I wear?
Not to worry, we’ve got you covered.
Jesus didn’t mandate a dress code, nor do we. You’ll find everything from shorts to jeans to suit and tie. You’ll even see sandals from time to time.
So come as you are and step into our warm, welcoming church.
